**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their after-sales service needs and expectations.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
**Service Operations Oversight**:Manage and supervise the after-sales service team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service quality.
**Quality Assurance**:Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that after-sales services meet or exceed industry standards. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
**Technical Support**:Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and other relevant stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance technical knowledge.
**Parts and Inventory Management**:Oversee the management of spare parts inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery. Optimize inventory levels while minimizing costs and maximizing service efficiency.
**Training and Development**:Conduct training sessions for the after-sales service team to enhance their technical skills and customer service abilities.
Stay informed about the latest developments in buses and trucks assembly to keep the team updated.
**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of after-sales service operations. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on buses and trucks assembly.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and maintenance procedures.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for service management.
**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
