**NOTE**; This position is a purely night shift work schedule from 8pm-11am(9 hrs per shift)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to meet client objectives and exceed service expectations.
- Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally, striving for swift resolution via voice support
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality and streamline processes, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating insightful reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss performance, address concerns, and present solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the BPO industry, market trends, and competitor landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of expectations.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives for the customer service team, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on product and service offerings, enabling you to effectively promote upsell opportunities to clients

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
