Description:

- In this role, you'll get to provide exceptional customer service to restaurant owners and managers by responding to inquiries related to card reader issues, online ordering set up and much more.
- You will also navigate processes to properly escalate and coordinate customer responses according to company values.
- You not only will give away your experience and expertise with empathy, but you'll also expand your knowledge of hardware and POS software through training, articles, and everyday tasks.

Requirements:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree required.
- **Skills and Competencies**: Proficiency in the English language, exceptional customer service skills, adept at problem-solving, fluency in Mandarin for diverse customer interactions, and familiarity with call centre and back office support operations.
- **Working Conditions**: Fast-paced call centre environment requiring flexibility with shifts and the ability to handle stress.
- **Qualities and Traits**: Patient and empathetic, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional attitude are critical for success in this role.

**Intake on 8th of Feb.**
**Joining bonus is will be RM2,000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,600.00 - RM4,750.00 per month
