Recruit and manage voice social communities and streamers in Southeast Asia.
Primary Responsibilities:
Expand, introduce, manage, and maintain voice live streaming communities in Malaysia and Indonesia (in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu languages) with a focus on increasing revenue.
Develop and execute sound operational plans.
Manage live streamers
Gather and address community needs, adjusting operational strategies, and proposing product optimization suggestions based on specific circumstances.
Track daily operational data, analyze performance, and design incentive programs tailored to the platform's characteristics to continuously improve the community's growth. Continuously optimize operational plans.
Establish self-operated communities and provide directional guidance for platform content operations.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preference given to who have 2 years experience.

**Requirements**:
Familiarity with the voice live streaming industry，familiarity with voice live streaming platforms such as “Parting”, “MIYA”, “WePlay”, or dating platforms such as “Omi”.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Required to liaise with Mandarin customer.
Possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and customer service awareness.
Diligent, responsible, and committed to their work with a strong sense of responsibility.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
