Operations Assistant Manager

Job Summary
The Operations Assistant Manager will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining various aspects of our business operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day operations, and assist the Head Of Operations in implementing process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and monitor process enhancements.
- Continuously assess and refine operational workflows to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist partners during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful integration.
- Work closely with various department, to ensure seamless operations.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports on operational metrics and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistent operations.
- Monitor and ensure that all operational activities meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement compliance initiatives and maintain records.
- Address operational challenges and issues promptly, collaborating with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- Assist in managing resources, including budget planning, allocation, and cost control.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve operational goals.
**; Requirements**: - Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 of experience in business operations or a related role, including supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
