**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as customer's communication window for all routine
- Prepare Reports - monthly report, WOM report, Incoming & Outgoing daily sales report, sales return report & OTD report.
- Updates to customers on deliveries status & contact window
- Assist in consignment billing
- Orders log in
- Update OOR (tracker)
- RTV follow up.
- Update supplier's portal.
- Follow up on outstanding payment
- Frame contract tracking
- Shortage & replacement follow up
- Monitor on credit limit and raise the requisition when needed
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

**Minimum Requirements (Education & Work Experience)**
- Min Diploma in academic level.
- Min 3 years relevant working experiences.
- Good attitude and willing to learn and take up challenges

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
