**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

NP Digital is generating a considerable amount of inbound leads every month across APAC for marketing services including SEO, Paid Media and Content Marketing. We are therefore seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to act as our first point of contact, qualify leads and hand off high potential leads to the most relevant contact in the company to close.

**ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct sales calls daily to qualify and advance leads
- Book a follow up call with a “closer” to complete the sales process, if qualified
- Contact leads prior to each follow up calls to confirm their appointments, gather more information, and get them excited to speak with us further
- Update CRM to reflect the status of each lead contacted
- Work directly with Product Heads and Country Managers in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong
- Help with various other sales initiatives if/when needed
- Learn the basic foundations of digital marketing and how to articulate the value of our services at a high level

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-3 Years’ experience in sales or business development including conducting cold calls
- Experience in inbound sales highly preferred
- Experience using a CRM software such as Salesforce
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) required, Indonesian or Thai is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written) and the ability to effectively convey what’s most relevant and meaningful for various audiences
- Comfortable speaking to entrepreneurs, business owners, growth hackers and even C-Suite about their business challenges and understanding what digital solutions make most sense for their business
- Exceptional project management skills, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize many clients and deadlines concurrently, while also managing internal and external expectations for workload
- You must be curious - comfortable to ask questions and practice active listening
- Highly persistent person with a drive to grow NPD’s revenue
- Little to no travel required, but willingness to host video calls a must
