**Customer Success & Learning Advisor**

Job Scope
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently increase student

engagement with company.
- Address any concerns, queries, or issues promptly and effectively to

maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze & share students' learner's data with the parents to maximise

students' improvement and highlight the benefit of the company.
- Increase customer's lifetime value by obtaining add-on, referral, and

upgrade of company's plan.
- Maintain regular and proactive contact with parents/students on a

monthly basis.
- Inspire and motivate students to set and achieve their academic goals.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance for

improvement.
- Assist parents in navigating the company's platform to improve their

child's user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a strong Sales (farmer) or Accounts Management experience.
- Driven and motivated by KPIs and excellence in sales and customer

success.
- High energy, passionate, and deeply empathetic of the customer.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart

independently.
- Excellent communication skills and good command of English is essential

to succeed in this role.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous as there are

Mandarin-only speaking customers.

Additional information:
Location: Midvalley Mall

Language required: English and Mandarin

Work shift timings:
A) 4 weekday and 1 weekend, off-day is not back to back.
12pm to 9pm,
10am to 7pm.
OR
B) 3 weekday and 2 weekend, this one can be back to back.

Details:
Experience with customer service, mix with sales.
Role were needed to meet some KPIs.
Skills: Strong command of English. Prefer Chinese speaking as well. Customer base in Singapore.
Attitude and work ethic.
KPI: is more sales like. Renewal rate, boosting student activity rate. Commission: can get up to RM3,000 per mth for higher tiers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
