Customer Service Assistant

**Primary Purpose and Scope**
- This position contributes to an overall pleasant patient experience to increase our reputation and ensure sustainable growth. This role will act as a liaison between patients and any department necessary including the different clinics and departments in HQ.
- To maintain a good relationship and be able to project the spirit of excellent customer service and a positive attitude when representing the clinic.
- To provide assistance and advice to patients whenever is necessary for regards to the clinic’s services.
- To provide support and reassurance to patients, considering their physical and psychological needs.
**Accountabilities and Key Result Areas**
- Serves as the first point of contact for walk-in patients by greeting and helping them in person or on the telephone. Welcoming customers upon entrance and confirming reservations
- To assist patients in reception, calls or any types of media inquiries.
- Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
- Respond to patients' questions and provide professional assistance to their inquiries
- Check, reserve, coordinate and confirm availability of treatment and appointment information with the patient
- Assist in clinic administration work and update clinical service information
- Liaise with medical staff and patients in scheduling appointments.
- Assist with follow up appointments
- Understanding customer’s needs and providing them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the services available to make the most suitable recommendations
- Assist elderly and/or handicapped patients to walk-in into the clinic, stand by at waiting area or walk to the consultation room
- Introduce new services and promotions
- Introduce CareClinics social media platform and encourage patients to post good reviews about the company service online.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness is being maintained at all times.
- Decorate the clinic to be more informative and exciting. Always innovate in creating a pleasant and presentable clinic environment
