Admin Assistant

Providing good communication between customers and the company
- Keep in track in renewals / service appointments
- Prepare daily schedules / reports / agreements & fillings
- Work closely with other team members
- Ad-hoc task from time to time
- Alternate off on Saturday
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill with others, able to work under pressure, have a fast pace in completing given tasks, have sense of responsibility in the given job position, able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and have a helpful personality.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point )
- Preferably anyone that are willing to specialize in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
