Programmer/it Executive

1) IT & business planning, plan execution, hiring and recruitment of staff, training and coaching, monitoring sales & marketing performance and motivating team within the organization to perform and achieve desired target. You are required to solve all IT and business related issues and achieve company’s objective.
2) You should contribute your expertise, ideas and technical know-how, stand firmly behind the company and championing our cause and aspirations under the challenging business environments. You should know where to draw the line and how to strike a balance when managing and dealing with staff to ensure that they are always motivated and positive, energetic and enthusiastic, always want to do more, perform better and willing to go extra mile to achieve and exceed company target and objectives.
3) To promote and grow our e-commerce business and achieve the desired results
4) Managing information technology and computer systems, enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
5) Overseeing day to day IT operation of our group nationwide
6) Planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff and communicating job expectation
7) Maintain information technology strategies, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions
8) Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by developing and supporting strategic plan
9) Direct technological research by study organization goals, strategies, practices and user projects
10) Completes project by coordinating resources and timetables with relevant departments
12) Implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
13) Recommends information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements
14) Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action
15) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
16) Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies
17) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
18) Coaching and motivating staff, tracking their performance and achievement and coordinating administrative work and to comply with risk management and compliance at all times
19) To identify and acquire key accounts to grow our business
20) Maintain a good relationship with all customers, members and vendors
21) Support improvements to business and growing profitability
22) Increasing company profitability, growing business volumes and improving market share
23) Identifying key trends, needs, development and competitive activities in the industry and communicating those back to the management
24) Proactively identifying business opportunities, and executing action plans to improve profitability and market share
25) Supporting strategic direction of the company to grow business
26) Identifying industry operations issues and championing solutions and best practices
27) Support management in sales recruitment and training of sales force and sales agents
28) To be accountable for all integrity issue relating yourself and your team members in all areas of the job
29) Prepare and update training materials to ensure up-to-date training information is available at all times
30) Develop methods, techniques and criteria for evaluating training effectiveness
31) To take up all job assignment delegate by management
32) To prepare report for management on a timely manner
33) To assist management overseeing the day to day business operation
34) To assist management to identify the weaknesses in the operation, processes, and human resource, etc
35) To assist management to enhance the operation/processes
36) To report all issues and problems pertaining to the business
37) To find solution to solve all problems and challenges
38) To monitor closely team performance and comparing performance with plan
39) To develop comprehensive IT & business training program to equip staff with the right knowledge
40) Prepare weekly action reports to monitor results for management’s review
41) Identify weak performers and make assessment with management on actions to be taken
42) Interact with departments within operations on a regular basis
43) Integrity and accountability in all aspect has to be reflected in your job
