**Assists the HR Executive and Store Manager in the daily running of the HR operations.**
- Prepare salary, benefit, welfare, reward payments and employee exit for the company.
- Enforce company’s disciplinary policy, guidelines and house rules.
- Does recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities for below supervisory level.
- Monitors staff attendance for discipline and payroll.
- Ensures documents and records are issued, delivered and filed according to company’s requirements, compliance, statutory requirements and kept confidential
- Manages company uniform ordering, keep safe, distribute, collect and bank in deposit.
- Conduct training - On Boarding, in store programmes, ad-hoc issues
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to human relations such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.
- Manages the company’s leave management system and medical benefits.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to Labour Law, Trade Act, OSHA, Privacy Act, etc.

**Acts as a line of selling floor support by**:

- Assisting selling floor to manage manpower and peak period
- Informs and updates on company policies, activities, government announcements, etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
