Aid external users of the client's technical products or services; identify, investigate, and research user inquiries and issues, delivering effective resolutions.
- Address technical customer issues, spanning hardware, software, networking, or other client products, through proficient troubleshooting.
- Adhere to established escalation procedures to promptly resolve technical challenges.
- Employ advanced conceptual thinking skills to tackle complex, unstructured problems efficiently.
- Extend courteous, friendly, and professional greetings to customers, adhering strictly to prescribed protocols.
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy towards customer needs and concerns, fostering strong rapport.
- Ensure meticulous and comprehensive documentation, accurately notating accounts as necessary.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing both customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as required, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Preferably Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or administrative related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese (which need to write mandarin content)
- Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
