Voice Support Customer Service Executive

**Shift Timing**:
- **Permanent Night Shift, start from 8PM**
**Working Roster**:
- **5 Days per Week**:
- **Each shift is 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute short breaks.**
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely answers to customer queries through calls.
- Deliver excellent customer support and patient assistance at all times.
- Effectively support customers through active communication.
- Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **6 months of relevant experience in voice channel support within customer service.**:
- **Minimum Diploma Holder or higher (preferred).**:
- Proficiency in **Mandarin or Cantonese and English is a must.**:
- **Native speakers of Malaysian Mandarin/Cantonese are an added advantage.**
