Position: Non-voice Customer Service Representative - Mandarin
Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Berjaya Central Park
Working hours: Rotational shift; 7 AM - 4 PM, 2 PM - 11 PM, 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Working days: 5 working days, 2 off days
**Salary**: RM4,000 - RM4,500 (basic) + shift allowance (RM20 per hour) + OT
**Requirements**:
- SPM with customer service working experience
- Diploma and Bachelor’s degree holders with no working experience are welcome to apply
- Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin Chinese
**Responsibilities**:
- Address B2B issues and respond to questions related to our services.
- Daily monitoring of fraud within B2B operations.
- Collaborate with in-house and third-party technology departments to resolve technical issues concerning customers and products.
- Monitor website availability and functionality, promptly alerting relevant parties to any performance or accessibility issues.
- Actively participate in testing and validating the company's products and systems.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Take charge of resolving customer inquiries and problems.
- Handle customer feedback, forwarding it to the respective department.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
