Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling court matters, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are readily available.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the Director's business trips, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Director, including managing expenses, filing documents, and handling other tasks as needed.

Client Coordination: Assist in preparing and coordinating paperwork, Agreements, and anything related to clients as assigned by the Director, collaborating with team members across departments to ensure successful outcomes.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with counsel / partners, clients, suppliers, and others on behalf of the Director, representing the company professionally at all times.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Others: Assist Director’s in other personal / family matters and affairs including household utilities, billing, road tax renewal etc. and undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
