- Understanding customers requirements and identifying market trends.
- Visiting and building good rapport with clients
- Achieving sales operational objectives and targets set by the company.
- Developing accurate and relevant sales pipelines and managing it regularly.
- Planning, overseeing, developing and implementing new sales strategies and initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting proposals for new customers to close new business.
- Recommending extensions and strengthening services for existing customers.
- Being accountable for any escalation by the customer, solving it promptly with the SOP and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible in recording, updating and maintaining all the related documentation to the customers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Develop and build good rapport with all the relevant parties within the customer’s portfolio to ensure smooth liaison.
- Responsible to report to the management on the KPIs to track personal performance as well on client activity.
- Any ad-hoc tasks required as and when needed by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant sales background.
- Chemical Logistics experienced preferred
- Someone who manages business development for warehouse business / contract logistics
- Experienced in handling dangerous goods customers would be preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
