**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of the company's IT and cyber-security solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, answer customer queries, and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and terms of service.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, overcoming objections, and addressing customer concerns to achieve sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software or other sales tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or cyber-security industry.
- Knowledge of IT and cyber-security solutions, including software, hardware, network security, and cloud-based services is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing sales deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Good understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the IT and cyber-security industry.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies and stay updated on industry developments.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is desirable.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
