**Marketing** **Operations Excellence Executive**

Joining Unilever’s Marketing team, this role will be important to drive excellent executions for all marketing related operations, ensuring all the roll-out plans and processes are met to achieve On Time and In Full execution to reach consumers.

This role will require the individual to be independent, organized, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different cross functions, and support operations for multiple brands in a category. Coordination, organization and administrative skills are critical for this role to ensure the excellent roll-out of marketing plans.

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

You will provide support for the Brand Building Activities and Project Development executions, as well as coordinate and liaise with the cross-functional team, agencies, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and execution of promotion co-packing, sponsorship, events and activations.

**Marketing Execution**
- Innovation and Renovation project administration, including Code creation, basic operations within SAP system and Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
- Upload and manage the price maintenance and ensure the listing info is updated for project launches and renovations.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to manage or support roll-out of marketing launches, including and not limited to promotional pack logistics, campaign in-store execution, trade promotions, and contests.

**E-Commerce**
- Management of required inputs, adaptations and uploads of innovation and renovation SKU assets to eContent suite.
- Adaptation of e-Commerce digital assets, creating Mega Events eComm assets, maintenance of e-Commerce on-site visuals (product information, education information, videos).
- Liaise with Key Accounts for promo mechanics.
- Manage e-Commerce live streaming logistics.

**Product Management**
- Plan for Stock and supply management by working closely with potential event sponsors.
- Send out listing samples to respective channels/agencies, and follow up with respective stakeholders (supply, receiving party).
- Liaise with respective functions and agencies to execute co-packing projects and preparing documents for import/export of samples.
- Manage stickering and co-packing for brand related promotions.

You can expect to work and liaise with:

- Internal: Marketing, Activation, Trade Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, MDM team
- External: Creative Agencies, Event Sponsors, Marketing Vendors

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 2 years experience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Basic appreciation of Marketing fundamentals and processes.

**Skills**
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- You have an eye for detail, strong follow up and softskills for troubleshooting.
- Initiative to learn and propose solutions.
- You are equipped with creative, analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- You have proven project management skills and show initiative and flexibility to handle multiple priorities under pressure with good coordination.
- You have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
