**Jobs Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Technology Management**:

- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology stack.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of marketing automation, CRM, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with tech team and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

**Data Management and Analysis**:

- Manage marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Analyze marketing data to extract insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance targeting and segmentation.

**Campaign Execution and Optimization**:

- Work closely with marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Establish and enforce campaign tracking and reporting standards.
- Provide insights for improving campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.

**Process Development and Documentation**:

- Develop, document, and optimize marketing processes and workflows.
- Ensure alignment between marketing processes and broader organizational goals.
- Implement best practices to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing and other departments.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and tech team for technical integrations and support.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.
- Track expenses, provide financial insights, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Work with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

**Training and Development**:

- Train marketing teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the marketing operations team.

**Performance Metrics and Reporting**:

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing operations.
- Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting performance against goals.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, automation, and analytics.(1 - 2 years of experience)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
