Admin Executive

Supervise the processing of travel and expense claims.
- Maintain systematic and current filing systems.
- Execute clerical duties such as duplicating and dispatching documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights and hotels.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure timely processing of monthly billing for payments.
- Assist with general receptionist duties, including basic office tasks.
- Utilize XERO/SQL Accounting Software proficiently if feasible.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline administrative processes.
- Update and manage company records and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and promptly follow up on administrative matters.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address issues promptly.
- Utilize computer systems to organize and manage information effectively.
- Provide support to the director in refining administrative systems and policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
