**Job Summary**: The SMART Home Products Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Smart home products and solutions to customers. This role involves providing expert advice, demonstrating product features, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell smart home products and solutions to customers.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to showcase the value of smart home technology.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote smart home products.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of smart home products and solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,682.57 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
