Finance & Accounts Executive - Business Plan, Cash

Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Draft and revise company policies.
- Oversee and assist in the management of all corporate, financial, and accounting operations such as accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including audit taxation, GST, internal control, and any other business governance requirements.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals, requirements and skills.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Ensure all employees are educated in the latest regulations and processes.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Degree in law, finance, business administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager.
- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML).
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
- Experienced in manufacturing accounting, commercial accounting, costing and corporate tax is an added advantage.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to learn development.
- People and results oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent in communication skills and proficient in various languages will be an added advantage.
- Integrity and professional ethics.
- Business acumen, teamwork skills and attention to details.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
