Office Administrator/clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our office operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling inquiries.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- SPM/SKM or diploma in any field
