**Your profile**
- 5+ years of experience and successful track record in planning, implementing, and closing complex service activities on Siemens Energy CCPP’s in the role of Outage Planner, Outage Manager, Project Manager or Technical Lead Engineer
- Profound 8000H-know-how, problem solving competence and network will be beneficial in the role as well as project management experience in a BoA-project environment and/or project management certification
- Excellent understanding of latest relevant on-site, sales, project and back-office processes, standards, and requirements with the ability to challenge the statusQuo, develop and implement best-in-class processes and standards in a diverse, multinational professional environment
- Extensive network in the relevant partner organizations (Field Service other regions, Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Factories & Operations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competence with focus on balanced, pragmatic solutions, excellent customer experience, an affinity to technology and innovation and the willingness to fast-track if required
- High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience and personal engagement to achieve general, organizational and project specific targets
- Profound understanding of different contractual constellations, local regulations and their successful transformation into service execution based on project KPI’s
- Proven track record of pro-actively embracing, building and managing excellent long-term customer and subcontractor relationships
- Proven track record in pro-actively co-creating successful and innovative outage concepts with internal and external partners based on relevant project KPI’s
- Pro-active approach, up-to-date know-how, proven track record on successful implementation of HSE in service execution
- Team player with the ability to work, communicate effectively and respectful (fluent English written and oral) and solve problems under pressure in a complex environment, collaborating with international and culturally diverse teams, customers and subcontractors in management and working levels
- Willing to travel internationally and work flexible hours on demand

**Your responsibilities**
- Develop and lead a team of local and regional Project Engineers to become Field Project Managers as per the FS MY & G SV AP strategic development and localization requirements
- Plan, implement and close out complex CCPP Power Train outages in AP in the role of on-Site Field PM responsible for best-in-class customer experience and optimized project KPI achievement
- Support and facilitate the generating and implementing of a Field Project Management process landscape, DoR’s and standards in alignment with local and global project management teams and requirements
- Support establishing of global technological as well as processual standards and best practices in AP and facilitate upload of AP local/regional best practices to the network
- Support establishing and provide active guidance in internal resource planning, local and global subcontractor development and capability management
- Actively engage in outage preparation of all AP large service activities and provide relevant guidance and input for best-in-class outage execution in AP based on relevant project KPI’s, HSE, Quality and customer satisfaction
- Support strategic development of AP FS including cost savings and initiate additional cost savings measures based on personal and the teams ingenuity, and execute relevant activities
- Support organizational development of G SV AP MY to become the “best place to work” based on people motivation, trust, empowerment, feedback culture and team spirit
- Support modernization and further development of tooling and equipment landscape of FS AP MY
- Actively drive the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization e.g., paperless outage, data driven maintenance, capability based optimized resource allocation, usage of 3-D and remote technologies, drones, etc.
- Establish a successor to take over the Tam Lead FS PM role at the end of the delegation in 3 years from the start of the delegation
