**Responsibilities**:
1. Create compelling WhatsApp messages to promote our products/services.

2. Develop a target audience list and send out mass messages.

3. Monitor and track WhatsApp campaign performance.

4. Analyze the response rate and optimize messaging strategies accordingly.

5. Engage with potential customers via WhatsApp and address their inquiries promptly.

6. Maintain a personalized approach while following up to build rapport and trust.

7. Provide additional product information, pricing details, and any necessary assistance.

8. Schedule follow-up chat to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends, techniques, and technologies.

10. Explore and identify new channels, tools, or platforms to expand our sales reach.

11. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative sales strategies.

12. Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills through self-learning and professional development opportunities.

13. Maintain accurate records of all WhatsApp interactions and follow-up activities.

14. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead status, and sales conversions.

15. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma or Degree in Tourism / Hotel Management.

2. Can write and speak Mandarin and Malay.

3. Have your own transport.

4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

5. Proven experience as a Salesperson or similar role.

6. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

7. Ability to work independently and within a team.

8. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
