Salesman at Construction Material Hardware Shop

**Position**: Salesman
**Location**: Marcobina Construction Sdn Bhd, Semabok Melaka.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

**Salary**:
RM 4,000+ (including salary, bonus, and commission)

**Benefits**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate construction materials.
- Maintain knowledge of the store's products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the shop.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and stocked with merchandise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a salesman, preferably in construction materials or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
