**Overall salary (basic + allowance)**:RM 3500 - RM 4800 per month

**Working hours**: Monday-Friday (8:15 am-6:00 pm)

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good communication skill, professional selling skill, presentation skills & leadership skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Can understand Mandarin, English & Malay.

**Responsibility**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily promotion and sales of products by sales representatives
- Organize and coordinate sales representative plans.
- Recruit, hire and train new salespersons.
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales indicators.
- Reach sales target and goals.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare reporting as needed.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
