**Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking Front Office Manager**

**Location: Cambodia**

**Salary**:$55,000 - $66,000 USD annually

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager fluent in Mandarin to join an esteemed hotel complex in Cambodia. As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee all front desk operations and provide guidance to a large team. Your exceptional leadership skills and fluency in Chinese will be invaluable in ensuring seamless communication and service excellence for the Chinese-speaking guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and manage all aspects of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, guest services, and cashiering.

Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of front desk staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance the guest experience and streamline operational processes.

Conduct regular training sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of front office staff, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Monitor guest feedback and implement appropriate measures to address concerns and enhance service quality.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all hotel functions.

Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve conflicts and maintain guest loyalty.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest preferences.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel environment.

Fluent in Chinese, both spoken and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking guests and team members.

Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.

Strong leadership abilities with the proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Experience in training and developing staff to deliver exceptional service standards.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and guest needs.

Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
