1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Resort’s front office department, which includes, but not limited to, front office, landscape and related activities. 2. Responsible to assist the GM to achieve the board approved budget. 3. Develop, evaluate, innovate processes, cost and system to excel. 4. Responsible to source and / or recommend to GPLD and / or QS and / or relevant departments on Mantanani Island Resorts related purchases, repairs, contracting supplies, contractors and similar related issues. 5. Responsible for the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all front office operation. This will include, but is not limited, manpower, equipment and material planning while ensuring strict cost control to guarantee budget confirmation. 6. Responsible to ensure that all front office related activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance. 7. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
