Account Manager

Sales Executive
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal management
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- To develop new clients/accounts for the company
- Good presentation skills in English
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Quotation to be prepared and submitted by Sales Executive within the same day
- Ensure the timely on processing order and invoice submission
- Punctuality in all aspects
- Quick lead time respond to customer
- Ensure achieving assigned target within a timely manner ( e.g. per quarterly )
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
