Requirements
- Min qualification : SPM with 2 year relevant work experience
- Fresh Graduates (Diploma) (Degree) are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to communicate and write well in English
- Ability to speak Mandarin (special language allowance of RM450) will be an added advantages but not necessary
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

Responsibility
- Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader

**Benefits**:

- Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift
- Customer Service Allowance - RM150
- KPI Allowance = up to RM 300
- Language Allowance (Mandarin) = Up to RM 600
- EPF and SOCSO contribution
- Must be able to work on shift basis with additional allowance of RM150 (1 shift = 8.5 hours) (5 working days)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

- Afternoon shift
- Early shift

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
