Customer Engage Officer

**Responsibility**
- Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: SPM with 2 years call center experience
- Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to communicate and write well in English
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantages but not necessary
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Willing to on rotation shift
**Benefits**
- Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift
- Customer Service Allowance - RM150
- KPI Allowance = RM100
- Language Allowance (Mandarin) = RM450
- EPF and SOCSO contribution
- Salary ranging from RM1,800 - RM3,000
- Must be able to work on shift basis with additional allowance of RM150 (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days)
