**Benefits**:

- Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift.
- Customer Service Allowance = RM250.
- KPI Allowance = up to RM 300.
- Language Allowance (Mandarin) = up to RM 600.
- EPF and SOCSO contribution.
- Must be able to work on rotational shift basis (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days).

**Job Descriptions**:

- **Handling incoming call and enquiries from customers (virtual) **with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
- **Follow up and resolve customers complains **and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- **Identify and perform cross selling opportunity and activity by analyzing customer profile, recommending most suitable package, actively promote latest promotions/ services.**:

- **Work closely with team members and leaders** at all times to achieve quality results & productivity.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum qualification: SPM with 1 years customer service experience.**:

- **Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply.**:

- Must be **able to communicate and write well in English.**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Willing to work on **24/7 rotation shift, 5 working days (Including weekends and Public Holiday) with 2 days off days in a week.**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
