Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for each role.

2.Screening and Selection:

- Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and behavioral interviews with relevant stakeholders.

3.Interviewing and Assessment:

- Collaborate with the sales team to incorporate their feedback into the selection process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

5.Data and Reporting:

- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and key performance indicators.

6.Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:

- Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content and campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
