**Responsibilities**:
- Financial Management**:_
- Oversee the financial activities within the WLG, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Ensure the efficient use of financial resources and the maintenance of financial stability.**:
- Accounting and Reporting**:_
- Maintain and manage financial records, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and present them to management.**:
- Financial Compliance**:_
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits.**:
- Budget Management**:_
- Develop and manage budgets for the WLG sector, monitoring expenses and revenues.
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations to optimize financial performance.**:
- Financial Analysis**:_
- Analyze financial trends and performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.
- Present financial analyses and recommendations to management.**:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable**:_
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for business operations.**:
- Financial Planning and Strategy**:_
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and plans to support the growth and stability of the WLG sector.
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making.**:
- Human Resources Management**:_
- Oversee HR functions within the WLG, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance
management, and employee relations (including payroll).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.**:
- Administrative Oversight**:_
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, and procurement.
- Implement and maintain administrative processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.**:
- Purchasing and Procurement**:_
- Oversee and manage the purchasing and procurement processes for the sector, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contracts.
- Ensure the procurement of goods and services aligns with company standards and cost-efficiency goals.
**Job Specification**:
a) **Education**: Preferably bachelor's Degree/LCCI in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
b) **Experience**: Proven experience (5 - 8 years) in financial management or accounting.
c) **Special Skills/Training**:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, HR, and
administrative functions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial planning and strategy development expertise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
