Customer Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
- Prepare shipping quotes for customers.
- Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
- Prepare sales reports for senior management.
- Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
- Help manage current customer accounts.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- **Education**_**: Minimum SPM holder or Diploma
- **Experience**_: 1 year experience in logistic industries
- **Special Skills/Training**:_
- Windows Office Applications (E.G MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
