Customer Coordinator and Admin

Provide service advisory and explaining admission requirement and procedures to customers.
- Liaising and coordinating with fellow colleagues on the service status of customers.
- Handle feedback from customers with good closure.
- Assist in the billing, collection of payment and handling of day-end settlement.
- Tactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repayments.
- Support daily centre operational administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM Level, Diploma, Degree of relevant field of study (Business).
- Possess good communication and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- PC literature with proficiency in computer skills.
- Experience as customer service role will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
