**Job Summary**:
The Telemarketing Manager will lead and oversee the Telemarketing division to extend our services to a list of qualified prospects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hires and trains telemarketers.
- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborates with Sales Manager to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by telemarketing team.
- To meet the KPI targets set for the Telemarketers (including the manager)
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to CEO and Finance.
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of successful telemarketing experience required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
