HR Assistant

**MCKL HR Team** believes in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that values the contributions of every team member. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. For this position, you will directly report to Senior HR Executive.

This position will be based at **Methodist College Kuala Lumpur, Brickfields.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the daily operations of the HR functions.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle and manage documentation and filings of the department.
- Assist in generating HR reports and updating staff movements related to insurance coverage.
- Verify and process staff’s travelling and expense claims.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Participate in organising staff engagement activities, eg, teambuilding, town hall meeting, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma or a Degree in related field.
- Proven work experience (at least 1 year) as an HR Assistant in an HR department.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
