Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions and initiatives. This role requires someone who can operate independently without the constant guidance of a senior HR professional.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
2. Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Support in administering employee benefits and resolving inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
4. Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
5. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
8. Create and maintain the employee handbook, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
9. Develop HR-related documents and communications, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR announcements.
10. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience or internship in HR or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
8. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Additional Point:

- Ability to independently create and update employee handbook and HR policy details in alignment with company values and legal requirements.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
