HR Assistant

**1.** **MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- **Assist HR Executive in recruitment and coordinating interviews arrangement.**:
- To co-ordinate personnel matters in accordance with the Human Resources Policy of the Company and as directed by the HR Manager.
- To maintain morale of all employees at the highest possible level.
- To assist HR Executive on all new recruits are given proper induction and well informed on the Company Policies, also to make sure all matters relating to Government regulations pertaining to new recruits are adhered to.
**2.** **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, data and the system according to policy and legal requirements.
- To carry out any jobs/assignments that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
- To ensure all recruitment paraphernalia is in good condition, disperse to all branch for recruitment communication and to source for better cost of productions from a new agency if required.
- To arrange all stocks needed for the office including stationery supplies, mineral water, cleaning services and any works required by the office.
- To ensure all suppliers contact detail involving HR scopes is been kept for future references.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
