Inbound Sales Specialist

You will be at the fore-front of delivering innovative solutions that solve complex enterprise business process related problems.
Looking for an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and be responsible for lead generation and new prospects by interacting with existing clients create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the on-ground outside sales team.
**Job Role and Responsibilities**:
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
**Required Skills and Competencies**:
- Should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in customer service and relationship building is highly desirable.
- Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales cycle.
- Strong secondary/internet research skills
**Salary**: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
