**Inside Sales Executive - inbound calls customers conversion (Kuala Lumpur) - Asia Last mile logistics/eCommerce startup**
- Office location: Glo Damansara, Jalan Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
- Remuneration: MYR 3500 to 4500 per month x 12 + annual variable performance bonus

**The Position**
This role will be part of the marketing team and report to the Assistant Marketing Manager and the main responsibilities are:
- Handle daily leads (up to 50+ leads daily) inbound call with interest / enquiries from potential customers
- Communicate with the potential customers efficiently through phone, live chat (intercom) and occasionally in person if necessary
- Strategize and find ways to track & optimize sales conversion pipelines
- Provide constructive feedback to Sales & marketing teams from the early sales lifecycle insights
- Assist with account management for previously closed accounts, regardless of size
- Proactively seek out and work to close / re-engage stale signups/churned accounts
- Work cross-functionally to assist the clients, e.g. working with and understanding warehouse operations and understanding tech aspects of the business to provide meaningful assistance to clients
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the company products and their specific nuances, including on-demand, same day, next day, interstate, cross-border, returns & SAAS
- **Minimum 2 years** of **inside sales / inbound call customer conversion / telesales or telemarketing experience**:
- **Basic understanding of marketing & sales Funnels**:
- **Applicants from logistics / last mile or Food delivery industries are highly advantage but not mandatory**:
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking individual who takes initiative and able to meet timeline with a great sense of integrity, attention to details & uphold quality standards.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- With excellent organizational skills, comfortable in handling high volume of communications with potential clients daily
- **Excellent & efficient communicator** to all levels of decision makers from MNCs, SMEs or home-based businesses.
- **Tech Savvy** - able to understand and work in a new age logistics company which work differently from traditional logistics business.
- Passionate in joining and growing with a startup organization.
