**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development or in any related field
- **Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or any relevant role**
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Have a proven track record to achieve revenue targets
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must due to the nature of business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consistently maintain a positive, diligent, open-minded and professional attitude at all times
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time.
- Resourceful, creative and able to collect information from various sources to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and work well with other members of the Sales Team and company-wide employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and develop entry-level staff into a valuable salesperson
- Manage any correspondence/enquiries to promote company products/services to ensure the positive end result of successful specifications
- Able to execute sales closure in a short cycle using a structured and strategic sales approach
- Keep abreast of company products/services and the benefits to customers
- Understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the new IT marketing initiatives by keeping up to date on IT industry trends, locally and internationally
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain relations with clients by providing support, information and quality service at all times
- Communicate regularly with the team to ensure pull-through of monthly and yearly KPIs set by the management
- Weekly and monthly reporting, attending meetings and training
- Maintain the highest order of secrecy and code of compliance at all time
