**About the Role**

As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for driving sales by creating compelling design proposals that align with clients' needs and preferences. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of our design services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Consultation:

- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Translate client needs into innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts.

Design Proposal Development:

- Create detailed design proposals and cost estimates, to present to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure proposals align with the company's capabilities and standards.

Sales Presentations:

- Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of our design solutions.
- Address client questions, concerns, and objections, providing solutions that align with their goals.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design concepts.
- Use market insights to enhance our design proposals and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and design, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
