**Responsibility**
- Coordinate marketing activities such as sale launches, roadshows and promotional events.
- Prepare proposal development report, market survey, competitor analysis, property exhibition, magazine evaluation report.
- Handling all sales administration activities ie. delivery of vacant possession, strata title (MOT), sub-sales, refinance.
- Liaison with government departments in relation to advertising permit, developer lincense.
- Follow up with purchaser, sales agent, solicitors, bankers on sales/ loan documents.
- Make sure timely billing and collection for each project.
- Follow up outstanding payments.
- Filing and recording.
- Monthly report preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing/ Administration/ Law.
- 2 years working experience in the construction industry.
- 2 years' experience in related role.
- Microsoft 365
- Good interpersonal and communications skills

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
