**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries about the property amenities.
- Keep the front desk area organized and tidy to ensure a neat and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Google Work Space and familiarity with hotel management software (bonus points).
