**Primary Objective**:

- Drive business process improvement across all circles to ensure end to end process efficiency
- Continuously streamline existing process flow to improve TAT and SLA
- Design and implement new process end to end for all circles

**Key Responsibilities**:
Circle vision and Value delivery
- Determine a strategy, in alignment with Service Partner Lead to deliver the long term target for the Circle
- In conjunction with Service Partner Lead and other Circle Leads, ideate actionable initiatives for the Service Partner
- Remove obstacles and coordinate actions for successful implementation of initiatives
- Continuously engage other CO/stakeholders to align on priorities and major dependencies
- Regularly review report on team performance and examine areas for improve

BAU Activities
- Issuance of circulars and SOP
- Design and develop Bank’s Trade Operations Manual and ensure compliance to all trade operational guidelines, processes and procedures
- Manages the trade process for new or revised and design the Roles & Responsibilities of each new function
- Update SOP - prepare the write up of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for process enhancement
- Update BCP Manual for GTB Operations
- Banktrade/FSC User Review
- Review Islamic Trade Manuals
- Manages the trade documentation - Ensure the effective documentation is in place i.e.user guides and implement operational improvements to reduce operational cost, tighten controls, improve service quality and customer service
- Perform the Business Impact Analysis(BIA) & Call Tree for Circle TO5
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Diploma - Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent..

Minimum 3 to 5 years of Trade Finance experience.
