**Job Summary**
- Driving sales and sales force excellence to achieve the organization goals. Manage & ensure the sales force effective’s execution for the sales & marketing team. Coach sales team and discuss with management and cross functional on solution needed to overcome challenges

**Sales Management**
- Lead sales team to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
- Develop and implement short
- and long-term sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
- Cascade and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators. Evaluate team performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
- Lead and monitor progress of sales activities for assigned businesses/territories.
- Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.
- Evaluate product gap analyses and product improvement proposals. Recommend new/enhanced product solutions.
- Review sales reports and analysis. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.

**General Responsibilities**

**Commercial Excellence**
- Align with cross functional and management team for strategic execution. Conduct proactive analysis to help identify key drivers of sales performance and key areas of opportunity/challenge in-vitro diagnostic device/reagents environment
- Ensure proper development and execution of SFE strategic is aligned with DKSH COE standard.
- Develop sales force capability structure & roadmap
- Conduct monthly meetings with management team for the alignment of action plan for SFE process.
- Manage Sales Force Automation and business processes, gather feedback and develop recommendations for continuous improvement

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Microsoft Office functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-channel environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, influence skills, creativity, problem solving and ability to manage complexity in addressing issue.
- Good coaching, negotiation, communication, presentation skills
- Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and teams.
- Autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
- Demonstrate a passion to grow the business.
- Passion for developing high performing teams and individuals.

**Education**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Solution, Marketing and other related studies. Bio-medical degree is an advantage
- 3-5 years sales management experience.
- Sales Force Effectiveness experience for 2-3 years is an added advantage
